Larder the rents of the Property. provided that Borrower shall, prior to acakration under paragraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Prooperty. have the rigltt to collect and retain such rents as tbry 6eoome due and payable.
Upon aooderation under paragraph 18 beraof or abandonment of the Property. Lender chap be entitled to have a
receiver appointed '..-y a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the
