tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received ~ s
from and on behalf of the THIRD NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Trustee, ' }
34 North Main Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402, does hereby grant, bargain, sell

assign and set over to said Third National Bank and Trust Company, Trustee,
a certain Corrective Mortgage bearing the day of the 27th day of May 1980
i made by David L. Fromang in favor of College Park Estates Development Corpora-
tion and recorded in Official Records Book ~3R~, page z9 9 7 public records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of j
land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:.
