RELEASE OF VENDOR'S LIEN

For One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, The Third National Bank and
Trust Company of Dayton, Ohio, Executor of the Estate of Waldo H. Zander
under letters of authority
and Margaret A. Zander, wife of the deceased Waldo H. Zander
do hereby release from the lien and operation of a certain vendor's
lien in that certain Quit Claim Deed from Waldo H. Zander and Margaret
A. Zander, husband and wife, to College Park Estates Development Cor- j
poration dated December 28, 1972, and recorded in Official Record Book 1
211, page 2538, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, so much ~
of the property therein described as is known and described as
follows:

From the NE corner of the. SE ~ of the SE ~ of Section I7,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run West a distance of ,
356.65 feet more or less to the West right-of-way line of i
South 26th Street and the point of beginning; thence continue !
West along the South line of the existing 25 foot right-of-way }
for Rhode Island Avenue a distance of 303.35 feet more or less
to a point; thence turn and run South a distance of 635 feet
more or less to the North right-of-way line of Tennessee Avenue; ~
Thence turn and run East along said right-of-way of Tennessee
Avenue 303.35 feet more or less, to a point of intersection
with the West right-of-way for South 26th Street; thence turn ~
and run North along said West right-of-way for South 26th
Street, a distance of 635 feet more or less to the point of
beginning; said land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida. LESS AND EXCEPT the North 25 feet thereof for
right-of-way as described in that certain Deed recorded in
Official Record Book 318, page 2710, public records of St. !
Lucie County, Florida.
Without, however, invalidating the said vendor's lien upon the remainder
of the land therein described in the abovementioned Quit Claim Deed.
