valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains. sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St . Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
From the NE corner of the SE ~ of the SE ~ of Section 17,
Towfiship 35 South, Range 40 East, run West a distance of

South 26th Street and the point of beginning; thence continue _

recorded February 5, 1979 in Official Record Book 302, page 2265,

i of $37,500.00, said Mortgage being subsequently assigned unto
the Third National Bank and Trust Company of Dayton, Ohio, as

of St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon recording of this Deed,
Grantee agrees to assume the above Mortgage and does covenant
that he will hold the Grantors harmless from any and all further
liability thereunder.
Grantor, Stephen D. Fromang, states that he is also known as
~ S. D. Fromang, and that Stephen D. Fromang and S. D. Fromang
are one and the same person.
