Dismiss and Motion to Strike, and the Defendants, P.OBERT HYLTON,
Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Definite. Statement,-.and having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is accordingly,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motions are granted
. and Plaintiff shall have ten (10) days from the date of entry of this
Order within which to serve a Second Amended Complaint. Defendants
shall have fifteen (15) days thereafter within which to file a
response. .
