AMENDED ORDER OF ATTACHMENT OF THE PERSON
TO ALL AND SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA:
GREETINGS:
WHEREAS, a Subpeona Duces Tecum was issued on
the 14th day of March, 1980, and served on the 14th day of _
March, 1980, upon Ann Horn,-the Wife of the Defendant,
EUGENE J. HORN, requiring him to appear and attend on the -
11th day of April, 1980, at 519 South Indian~River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and to have his deposition taken pursuant to
~ Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.40 and to produce on the

` 11th day of April, 1980, certain books, papers and records

~ pursuant to the Subpeona.
~ AND WHEREAS, EUGENE J. HORN, failed to comply
with the Subpeona, Motion was made requiring EUGENE J. HORN
to appear before one of the Judges of this Court on the 27th day of
May, 1980, at 9:00 a.m. EUGENE J. HORN should not be attached
in person and punished as for a contempt.
AND WHEREAS, this cause was called, and EUGENE HORN
~ failed to appear and show cause pursuant to the last mentioned
Motion, and~due proof of service of the Motion having beem made; `

NOW, THEREFORE,. YOU ARE COMMANDED TO attach EUGENE
