ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard this 10th day of June
1980 on the Wife's Petition for temporary relief and the court
having heard testimony of the Wife and being fully advised in
the .premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, DIANE JOHNSON, shall have the temporary
carp and custody of the minor children, YVONNE'JOHNSON and HEATHER

JOHNSON, granting to the Husband, RICHARD PAUL JOHNSON, the right
of reasonable visitation.
f 2. Commencing Monday, June 16, 1980 the Husband,

RICHARD PAUL JOHNSON, shall pay to the Wife, DIANE JOHNSON, the
sum of $100.00 each week for the support and maintenance of the
Wife and the minor children.
3. The-Wife, DIANE JOHNSON, and the minor childreA
of the parties shall have exclusive use of the marital residence
located at 8006 James Road Fort Pierce Florida to ether with

the furnishings located therein and the Husband, RICHARD PAUL
JOHNSON, shall pay the mortgage payment for the. marital residence

4. The Wife, DIANE JOHNSON, shall have the exclusive
use and possession of the 1977 Porche automobile. The Husband,

s RICHARD PAUL JOHNSON, shall keep in full force and effect that
certain life insurance policy insuring the life of the Husband
which policy was taken out by the husband in or around the year
1968.
