ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the 10th day
f June, 1980 on the Husband's Motion for Modification of
final Judgment and Other Relief and upon the Wife's Motion for
nforcement and the Court having heard testimony of the
artier and argument of the counsel and it being fully advised
'n the premises and finding that there has been a great change
f circumstances since the entry of the Final Judgment on
ctober 26, 1979 and the Order of January 7, 1980, it is
hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
j 1. Custody of Margaret Denise Merritt, Gary Wayne
erritt and Darrell Bryan Merritt, minor children of the
artier, -shall be changed and is hereby awarded to Gary Lee

erritt with reasonable visitation rights awarded to Judith
j _
. Merritt on the basis of alternate weekends.

~ ~ 2. That due to the financial circumstances of Judith F.

erritt there shall be no requirement for Judith F. Merritt
~ o pay any child support to Gary Lee Merritt for the support
e
f the minor children above named.
3. That because of the confusion regarding the joint
ersonal property of the parties and the fact that neither
s
arty has clean hands regarding said personal property, the
ourt will leave the personal property in its status quo
~ osition and shall make no ruling at this time.

~ 4. That Judith F. Merritt is hereby ordered to deliver
f
the 1973 Ford Torino automobile along with all papers regardin
~ONNEDGARSHERRARD title, registration and other necessary items to Gary Lee
