5. The marital dwelling of the parties located at
3205 Cortez Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450 and
legally described as:
The East 110 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, WILLIAM'S
ADDITION according to the Plat thereof as re- .
corded in Plat Book 7, Page 52, of the Public
Records of St.Lucie County, Florida
is hereby ordered to be sold for the price shown on the
Contract presently in effect of $29,900.00 and the proceeds
after all costs of sale. shall be divided equally between
Gary Lee Merritt and Judith F. Merritt. Should the house not
be sold at the above-mentioned price under the existing
Contract then the property shall be partitioned and sold at
public sale to the highest bidder, and the proceeds after
costs of sale shall be divided equally between the parties.
