FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE #
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this ~ day of June,. 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction ~
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and ~tife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betteen JOSEPH
WILLIAM HERZOG, JR. and RAREN SUE GALLOT HERZOG be and the same
is hereby .dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, III, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to. KAREN SUE GALLOT
i
HERZOG, with visitation 7rights reserved to JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG,
~ JR. as set forth in the attached Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement, which agreement is hereby incorporated herein by
reference.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of June, 1980,
JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, JR. shall pay to RAREN SUE GALLOT HERZOG, s
r the sum of $30.00 each and every week for the support of the

child named above. Each payment shall be n??ade to the Clerk of
this Court and by him remitted promptly to KAREN SUE GAL•LOT
f
HERZOG. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 ~
i
as statutory costs to be added to each payment ~gade to the Clerk.
