This action was tried before the court. On the evidence presented,
the Court finds that the Plaintiff established the debts and the amount Qe
due thereon, and that the Counterclaimant failed to establish its ~~~~~`L7
.damages on the Counterclaim. -
IT IS ADJUDGED
1. That the Plaintiff, MINTON EQUIPMENT COMPANY, recover from
the Defendant, J. R. TRUCKING, INC., the sum of Five Hundred
Eighty-Eight ($588.00) Dollars with its costs in•the sum of
$49.40, for which let execution-issue.
2. It is adjudged that the Counterclaimant take nothing by
this action, and that the Counterdefendant go he a without day.
