THIS CAUSE having come on the 9th day of June, 1980
to be heard upon Motion For Order of Contempt and Additional
Attorney Fees filed by Wife's Attorney and -the Court having
heard arguments of Counsel and having been otherwise advised
in the premises, the Court, finds as follows:
THAT the Husband, RONALD A. RUBANOWICE, is in Contempt
of this Court for failure to pay Attorney fees in accordance
with Final Judgment entered 31st day of January, 1980.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Husband, RONALD A. RUBANOWICE, is hereby
sentenced to the St. Lucie County Jail for Contempt of Court,
until the total of $290.00 is paid to C. NORRIS TILTON, P. A.;
however, Husband may purge himself by payment to C. NORRIS
~ TILTON, P. A., .$250.00 less $35.00 credit which was paid, plus
$75.00 additional attorney fees for this action or a total of
$290.00 within fifteen (15) days from date of this Order.
2. That upon failure of_the Husband to comply with any
provision of this Order and upon presentment to this Court of
an Affidavit by Petitioner that the terms of this Order. have
not been complied with, a Commitment Order will be issued by ttl/~'
Court for the arrest and imprisonment of Husband, RONALD A..
RUBANOWICE, without further notice to the Husband.l~l~~ "

County, Florida, this day of June, 1980
