the above described lands, ehich subdivision is known as Raintree
Forests and
WHSRBA3, a road for ingress and egress to the residential
lots in said subdivision has been constructed upon the land
described in Schedule "A" ehich is attached hereto and by

WHBRBAS, the plat of the aforesaid subdivision is unrecordeds

from the lien and operation of the above described mortgaget and
