acknowledges the right of ingress and egsess in favor of COOK
CONSTRUCTION OF FORT PISRCE, INC.,- and its assigns over and
across the lands described in 9ahedule "A" as an appurtenances
to each individual lot in Raintree Forest Subdivision, heretofore
and hereafter released from the lien and operation of the above
desaribed mortgage and does hereby remise, release, quit-claim,
exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation of the above
described mortgage unto the said COOK CONBTRUCTION OF FORT
PiSRCE, INC., and its assigns, an ease~seat for ingress and
egress over and across the land described in 8ohadule "1(?", said
easement for ingress and egress to ba oonsidesed as an appurtenance

after released free the lien and operation of the said aortgaga.
