The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
I 1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the wife of decedent. Her name and address is as set forth in
paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney is as
set forth at the end of this petition.
~ 2. Decedent, ANTHONY SABIE, whose last known address

February 19, 1961, and at the time of death decedent was ~

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because

the property being probated is located here. -
~i 5. The only asset in this estate is a lot in Harriony
Heights in St. Lucie County, Florida, which measures 50'x 115'.
The legal description of this lot is Lot Number 9, Block B.

valued at less than $20,000 at the tide of decedent's death. {
i` 7n fact, the 1979-assessed-value of this property was .620. (See attached

decedent's wife, Vitella Sabie, in accordance with F.S. §732.102
