9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent.
PETITIONER. requests that an order of summary administration E
be entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate
in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph .8 of this
- petition.
