I, BLANCHE DAYS FAGEN, a resident of the State
' of Florida, and a person of sound and disposing mind and r
memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.

FIRST: I direct that all my just and law-
ful debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as
soon after my death as is practicable. i
SECOND: I direct that my remains be cremated.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder -
of my property, whether real, personal or mixed, of whatso-
ever kind or nature, and wheresoever situated, and whether
acquired before or after the execution of this my Will, I
give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, LORA HAYS SPINDELL,
but if she does not survive me, then to her daughter, KATE t
f
LOTHROP, but if she does not survive me then to the issue -
f of KATE LOTHROP, per stirpes, me surviving.

FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and -
€ appoint my daughter, LORA HAYS SPINDELL, executrix of this,
my last Will and Testament, but if she does not survive me
or fails to qualify, or for any reason ceases acting as such.

. daughter, KATE LOTHROP, successor executrix.
