PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The Petitioner, LORA HAYS SPINDELL, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a
beneficiary of the estate and the nominated personal representative.
Petitioners name and address are LORA HAYS SPINDELL, 55 East Ninth
Street, New York, New York 10003. The name and address of Petitioner
attorney is set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, BLANCHE HAYS FAGEN, whose last known address
was 403-B DeCordre Court, Fort Pierce, Florida. 33450, and whose age
was 95 years and whose social security number is #103-22-4427, died
on April 11, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the

ages of any who are minors, are:

estate,is entitled to preference in appointment as Personal Represen-
tative because she is the nominated Personal Representative in dece-
dent's last will.
