6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are:

Half interest in a promissory note 2,500.00
Cash 2,403.88
Miscellaneous personal property 350.00
TOTAL $27,977.39
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than is set forth in paragraph eight.
8. The original of the decedent's will dated November 12,
1973, accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that LORA HAYS SPINDELL be appointed Personal Represen-
tative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties. of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts allege$ are true, to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
