child visit and be with him away from the residence of the Wife
every other weekend from five p.m. on Friday until the following
' Sunday at seven p.m.
(c) The Husband shall have the right to have the
minor child visit and be with him away from the residence of the
Wife
(1) Thanksgiving vacation of 1981;
(2) the first week of the Christmas vacation
period of 1981 until Christmas-Eve at seven p.m. when she shall
be returned to the residence of the Wife;
(3) Easter vacation of 1982;
(4) the second week of the Christmas
vacation period 1982 beginning Christmas Eve at seven.p..m.
thereafter the Husband and Wife shall alternate the holidays and
vacation periods as hereinabove set out. The Husband shall not
have the minor child visit and be with him overnight until after
the minor child reaches the age of three years on July 12, 1981.

(d) The Husband shall be responsible for the

transportation of the minor child to and from the residence of
the Wife to exercise his visitation privileges.
(e) Commencing in 1981, subsequent to July 12,
the Husband shall have the right to have the minor child visit
and be with him for one month during the summer vacation period;
that when the Husband has the minor child visiting with him during
the month in the summer the Wife shall have reasonable rights of
visitation with the minor child and to have the minor child visit

and be with her away from the residence of the Husband from
Friday at five p.m. until Sunday at seven p.m. on alternate weekends.

i 3. On or before July 1,-1980 the Husband shall pay to
~ the Wife the sum of Thirty-five ($35) Dollars, being the balance
due for child support for the month of June, 1980.
