HomeMy WebLinkAbout0239 Commencing Thursday, July 3, 1980 the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of One Hundred Forty-five ($145) Dollars each and every month for the support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. 4. By appropriate instruments, the Husband shall convey to the Wife all his right, title and interest in and to the 1973 27-foot Shasta travel trailer together with the furniture and furnishings located therein, and the 1974 Chrysler New Yorker automobile together with the license plate thereon;. subject to any outstanding liens thereon. The Wife shall be responsible for and pay any outstanding liens on the trailer and the automobile and save the Husband harmless therefrom. j 5. The Husband shall maintain the minor child on his hospital, doctor, medical and dental insurance policy and furnish the Wife with a card therefor, for the use and benefit of the minor child. 6. The Court finds that a reasonable attorney's fee for the Wife's attorney is $700, and the Husband shall pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, attorney of record for the .Wife, the sum ~ of $350 to apply on his said fee for his services herein, and ~ shall pay the sum of $57.65, being onehalf of the costs incurred ` herein by the Wife.
