angle of 92 deg. 06 min., 400 feet to point of beginning; .thence
continue North 119.8 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of
Okeechobee Road; thence northeasterly along said Okeechobee Road
southerly right-of-way, a distance of 187.66 feet; thence South
parallel to the west line of this parcel, 191 feet; thence West
with a back angle of 87 deg. 54 min., 175 feet to point of
beginning.
