SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FIREMAN'S FUND
INSURANCE COMPANY, Plaintiff/Crossdefendant, in that certain suit lately
pending in the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
WILLIAM CLARENCE MAY and RUPERT JASON SMITH, ESQUIRE, are the Third
Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs and numbered 78-128 CA, and wherein
Judgment in said Third Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs favor was
rendered and entered in and by said Court under date of May 20, 1980,
in the total sum of ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND NO/100
(1,950.00) and which said Final Judgment has been filed in the Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida under Official Records Book Number 331,
Page 2906. Said Final Judgment was recorded on May 27, 1980.
_ I DO hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of all
and singular the monies ordered. in and by said Judgment to be-paid to
said Third Party Defendants/Crossplaintiffs by said Plaintiff/Cross-
defendant, and do hereby authorize, empower, and request the Clerk of
said Court to satisfy the said Judgment and the same record thereof,
of record.
