ARTICLES OF AGREF1rlENT
Made this~day of June, 1980, by and between ROY A.
ROBERTSON and LINDA D. ROBERTSON, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as "FIRST PARTIES" and HERSHEL BREWSTER, a single adult, P.O.
.Box 2153, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33454, hereinafter referred to as
"SECOND PARTY", .
W I T N E S S E T H
~ That if Second Party shall first make-the payments and

perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on his part to be
~ .made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to
= convey and assure to Second Party, his heirs, perscnal represent-
atives or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances, by
'a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following described

property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida;
The North 125 feet of the South 158 feet of the
East 125 feet of the West 165 feet of the SW~ of
the SW~ of the NWT, Section 30, Township 35 South,
j Range 40 East.
TOGETHER WITH range, dishwasher, water heater, and
TV antenna.

And Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay First Parties

i the sum of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($38,500.00),
with interest from date at the rate of 11% per annum, as follows-:
$7,000.00 on or before signing this agreement, re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$325.O~J on or before the 13th day of July, 1980,
o and $325.00 on or before the 13th day of each month
thereafter through June 13, 1990 payment; balance of
' $23,633.76 shall be paid on July 13, 1990;
Each installment shall first be applied on the pay-
,oo ment of interest and then on the unpaid balance of

Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay all taxes,

assessments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed on
said land subsequent to the year 1979.
