ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT - Paqe 3.
at the option of First Parties, be forfeited and terminated, and
Second Party shall forfeit all payments made by him on this con-
tract, and such payments. shall be retained by First Parties in
full satisfaction and liquidation of all damages by them sustained, ~

and First Parties shall have the right to reenter and take posses-
sion of the premises aforesaid without being liable for any action
therefor.
IT IS MUT~ILLY AGREED by. and between the parties- -hereto
that the time of each payment shall be an essential part of this
agreement, and that all covenants and agreements herein contained
shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs, personal repre-
sentatives and assigns of the respective parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to these presents have
hereunto set their hands and seals, in duplicate, the day and year
first above written.
