PARCEL I: A tract of land lying in the SW~. of the SE's of Section
13, Township 35 South, Range 38 .East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the
SW's of the SEA of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, said
point being on the center line of Trowbridge Road and being further
identified as lying 25 feet Easterly o£ a lightwood post bearing N 89
degrees 23' 04" West (Trowbridge Road is assumed to bear North) thence
run South along the center line of Trowbridge Road a distance of 1176.51
feet to a point; thence run West a distance of 30 feet to a point on
the West right of way line of Trowbridge Road, said point being the
Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning,- run South along
said right of way line of Trowbridge Road a distance of 159.0 feet to
a point, thence run West a distance of 608.93 feet to a point; thence
run North a distance of 159.0 feet to a point; thence run East 608.93
feet to the Point of Beginning.
