LUCIB COUNTY,FLORIQA ' CASB NO. 80-181 -~FjQ IN RS: THB MARRIAGE OFs SAMUEL RIDD, Husband, and _ TERESA RIDD, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 9th day of June, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the _ parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SAMUEL RIDD and TERESA RIDD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony 'f heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. The permanent care, custody and control of the i minor children, ANGELITA RIDD and TONYA RIDD, shall be awarded to the Wife, and she shall be the custodial parent, subject to the visita- tion rights specified herein. 3. VISITATION. .Reasonable visitation rights are herein reserved to the Husband for that portion of the year that the children are normally attending school. Additionally, the children v shall be placed in the custody of the Husband for the duration of the summer but shall be once again returned to the Wife prior to the ~ time that their respective school terms resume. 4. SUPPORT. The Husband shall be obligated to pay child support in the amount of $15.00 per week. Said payment shall be sent to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Okeechobee County, Florida and aaox~33 PecF 362 - ~ - ~ _
