be effectual as to all parties.
8. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless terminated
by written agreement executed with the formalities of this Agreement by a
ma3ority of the land owners bound by the terms of this Agreement at the time
of the expressed desire to so terminate this Agreement.
• 9. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of the executing parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed
