JOINT MOTION A?YD PETITION FOR ENTRY
OF FINAL JUDGMENT
The Plaintiffs, TIMOTHY MILLER and-SUSAN HILLER, and the
Defendants , JAMES M. LATRIMORE, SR. , JANE LATRIIKORE, JAMES ?+i. LATR.FP~RE,
JR., and LZSA LATRIMORE, individually and by and through their under-
signed attorneys, do hereby represent to the Honorable Court herein
that the above styled cause of action has been amicably settled and
jointly move for an order dismissing same with-preJudice, each party
to bear his or her own costs except that the Court shall retain
jurisdiction for a period of four (4) years from the date of an order
entered upon this Joint Motion, for the sole purpose of enforcing the
following stipulations of the parties:
The Defendants, each and every one of them, shall henceforth
cease and refrain from threatening, annoying or harassing the Plaintiffs,
TIMOTHY MILLER and SUSAN MILLER, or their children, and shall not cause,
create or permit to be caused or created any unreasonably Loud noise or
other disturbance, and shall otherwise refrain from using their premises
in such a manner as to create a nuisance to the aforesaid Plaintiffs
including, but not limited to the following:
1. Shall not operate any record rlayer, tape deck, stereo system
radio or television in an unreasonably loud manner or permit such
operation on their premises;
2. Shall not use vulgar, profane or abusive language against the
Plaintiffs, or their children, or permit such language directed against -
the Plaintiffs or their children to be used on their premises;
3. Shall not create or maintain any unreasonably Loud or `
vexatious noise not otherwise described herein, which is likely to _
