THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon a Motion to Withdraw
and a Motion to Stay Proceedings filed by attorney for the
Defendant herein, and the Court after hearing argument of
counsel and being otherwise advisedin the premises, it is
thereupon - -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. That the Motion to Withdraw and the Motion to Stay
Proceedings are hereby granted provided new counsel for the
Defendant files an appearance within ten (10) days of this
Order and files an Answer to the Complaint within twenty (20)
days of this Order.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Fort
