THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on the 9th day of
June, 1980, upon the Defendant, Parman Florida, Inc.'s, Motion
to Compel/Motion for Sanctions and Motion to Dismiss/Motion for
More Definite Statement and the Plaintiff, Ann Wades, Motion
for Protective Order, and the Court having heard argument of '
counsel and having been otherwise fully advised in -these premises,

it is thereupon ~
ORDERED as follows:
1. The Defendant, Parman Florida, Int.'s, Motion to Compel/
Motion for Sanctions is granted, and Stephen D. Fromang is hereby
! ordered to submit to the question of Parman Florida, Inc., which
shall be accomplished by way of an interrogatory furnished to the
f
Plaintiff. The natter of sanctions will be reserved until trial.
~ 2. The Defendant, Parman Florida, Int.'s, Motion to Dismiss/
~ Aiotion for More Definite Statement is granted, and the Plaintiff
shall have ten (10) days leave to amend Count II of Plaintiff's
Second Amended Complaint.
3. The matter of Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order is
