The Defendant, Parman Florida, Int.'s, Motion to Compel/ Motion for Sanctions is granted, and Stephen D. Fromang is hereby ! ordered to submit to the question of Parman Florida, Inc., which shall be accomplished by way of an interrogatory furnished to the f Plaintiff. The natter of sanctions will be reserved until trial. ~ 2. The Defendant, Parman Florida, Int.'s, Motion to Dismiss/ ~ Aiotion for More Definite Statement is granted, and the Plaintiff shall have ten (10) days leave to amend Count II of Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. 3.
