O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon motion
of the Plaintiffs, James Tate and Mary Tate, for consolidation of
the above two referenced causes, and the plea of the City of Fort
Pierce for an Order of Interpleader, and the Court, having been
fully advised in the premises, makes the following findings:
1. These two causes are related .and involve the same
factual situation and the same parties.
~ 2. The City of Fort Pierce does not have any claim or
interest in~and to the fund of Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty
~ Three Dollars ($4,153.00). ;

{THEREFORE, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJODGED as follows:
1. The above two styled and referenced causes are hereby
consolidated for all purposes and proceedings. Hereinafter all
pleadings shall be filed in Case No. 80-216 CA.
' 2. The City of Fort Pierce shall deposit to the registry
of the Court, under Case No. 80-216 CA, the sum of Four Thousand
One Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars ($4,153.b0), from which sum costs,
attorneys' fees and Court Registry fees shall be deducted;
3. That upon such deposit, the City of Fort Pierce shall
be dismissed as a party.
