PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
f~ The petitioner, CHARLOTTE LAWTON, as personal representa-
~j tive of the aforesaid estate, alleges:
1. That the time for filing claims against the above
estate has expired, and due allowance has been made for the ~
1~ ~
li payment of all debts, charges and expenses of administration.
i
Furthermore, that no estate inheritance taxes are due and s
j payable; the decedent was not survived by a spouse or lineal
i{
descendants whom decedent was obligated to support, or who, j
in fact, were being supported by decedent; therefore, no
' family allowance is payable.
2. That no beneficiaries of this estate have received

advancements which would be subject to equalization.
~ 3. That complete distribution of all of the assets
of this estate may be delayed due to the fact that a wrongful

j death action may be instituted in order to collect for damages
~ '
rightfully due this estate, and, therefore, petitioner believes

a partial_distribution of the assets currently held by the
~
petitioner would be appropriate.
4. Sufficient funds will remain in the estate account
as a reserve of unforeseen debts of the estate.

5. That the Petitioner proposes distribution to ~
the following named interested persons of funds opposite
their names:
