THIS AGREEMENT between VINCENT A. LLOYD AND SUSAN J.
LLOYD, his wife

SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (Lender),
W I T N E S S E T 11, that
WHEREAS, Lender has heretofore made a loan to Borrower
in the principal amount of One-hundred-sixteenthousand-and-
no/100-----dollars ($116,000.00) _
evidenced by Borrower's Note in the amount of the loan dated
September 10, 1979 and
WHEREAS, Borrower has requested Lender. to modify certain
provisions pertaining to the aforesaid loan;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, Borrower agrees with
Lender as follows, to-wit:
$1177.67 shall be due and payable on the first day of each
consecutive month for 240 months beginning August 1, 1980;
apply payment first to interest, balance to principal. Maturity
j date is July 1, 2000.
Interest rate is 10.75$ per annum.
Mortgage recorded September~20, 1979 in O. R. Book 317 page
~ 162 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Borrower hereby authorizes and directs Lender to take any
action necessary to conform the original Note, security instru-
ments and other collateral documents to the terms as herein
( modified, and by these presents accepts and confirms their
liability under said Note, security instruments and other col-
lateral documents, with the terms as herein modified.
s Borrower Further agrees that the foregoing Modification
i shall in no way affect or otherwise release any collateral held
by Lender as security to said Note; but acknowledges and agrees
that all collateral held by Lender as security to said Note shall
continue to secure the Note to the same extent and in the same
manner as if -the foregoing Modification had not been effected.
