SECOND AMENDED ORDER
UPON stipulation by counsel for the Husband, CHARLES G. COOK, and
counsel for the Wife, LINDA C. COOK, both parties being in the Courtroom,
the Court sua sponte taking testimony of the Husband, the Court being
otherwise fully advised of the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband is in contempt of Court
for failure to pay to the Wife any child support from April 10, 1980 to
the present time. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband may purge himself of contempt
by paying to the Clerk of the Court Registry, the sum of Seventy Five
Dollars ($75.00), in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order,
plus a Two Dollar ($2.00) statutory fee, by 4:00 P.M., on May 28, 1980,
and bringing all payments for child support up to date within ten (10)
days of the date of this Order. It is further
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that if the Husband fails to pay the Seventy
j Five Dollars ($75.00) by 4:00 P.M. on May 28, 1980 and fails to bring all
payments for child support up to date within ten (10) days of -the signing
& of this Order, .the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida will take the
Husband into custody without further Order from this Court. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED upon stipulation of counsel that all requests
by the Wife for attorney's fees will be continued until the Final Hearing.
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of June, 1980. ~
