FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage of the Husband, and the
parties therein having stipulated and agreed that the cause
shall proceed thereon and the Court having heard the testimony,
finds as follows: _
(1) The Husband, RAYMOND HOWE, has been a resident
of the State of Florida for more than six (6) months prior to
the filing of the Petition herein.

~ (2) The marriage of the parties is irretrievably
broken.
(3) The parties have entered into a Stipulation
i
pertaining to transfer of real property between the parties

and the distribution of persot~Cal property between the parties.
(4) The Court hereby approves the Stipulation
and Agreement of the parties dated May 22, 1980, and incorporates r
herein, any and all other provisions not specifically and express-
. ly indicated herein to the same extend as if they were set forth
in full .
WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AID ADJUDG® as follows
(1) The marriage between RAYMOND HOWE and DIANE
~ HOWE, to be the same is hereby dissolved, and each of the parties
are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony existing between
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
