interest in the martial property, located within Saint Lucie
County, Florida, and described as follows:

Official Record Book 203, Page 2169. '

Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
(3) The Husband shall pay to the Wife, for her interest t
in the aforesaid real property, the sum of Seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), said sum to be paid within six
months (6) of the date of this Final Judgment, Dissolution of
Marriage. At any time during the six (6) months, the Wife may j
demand said sum and be entitled to receive the same within

thirty (30) days of such demand.

(4) The Husband shall•purchase for and provide to the
Wife, a 1976 Cadillac Seville, or equivilant motor vehicle within
six (6) months of the date of this Final Judgment. Wife shall
subject said motor vehicle to a lien if the same will be neces-
sary to arrange financing for the motor vehicle. It shall be

the responsibility of the Husband•to make all payments for the
purchase of said vehicle if the same is financed.
(5) Husband shall have all household furnishings and
household goods, except the following items:

(7) Husband shall pay all attorneys' fees and costs
and expenses associated with the pending dissolution action herein.
