and
STACY HILL, Mife.
ORDER
This cause coming on for hearing on Motion for Order of
Contempt and the Court having heard the parties and counsel and being
fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED as follows: .
That the Court finds JAY ROY HILL in wilful contempt of Court
and sentences him to thirty (30) days incarceration in the St. Lucie .
County Jail and suspends the said sentence upon JAY ROY HILL'S compliance _
with the following:
1. That no later than Sunday night, June 15, 1980, JAY ROY
HILL shall provide a satisfactory automobile not confined to but
particularly required to be in a Tunable condition suitable to STACY -
HILL'S needs traveling to and from her employment, that being in a
i Tunable condition shall include current license tag and inspection sticker.

2. That the child visitation shall be granted and restricted -
to weekend visitation being either Saturday or Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to
4:00 P.M., further providing that JAY ROY HILL shall return the child
promptly at 4:00 P.M., returning the child to the mother or designated
person at the said 4:00 P.M. time with any other visitation to be
confined to additional agreement of the parties and the intention to visit
to be with twenty-four hours' notice.
3. That the arties are mutuall restrained from violence
