ORDER AWARDING TEMPORARY CUSTODY

THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Motion for
Temporary Custody of the two minor children in this matter and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, testimony of the witnesses
and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion foi Temporary Custody of the Husband,
STANFORD HUNTER, shall be and it is hereby denied;
2. That the Motion of the Mother, MILDRED HUNTER, for
temporary custody shall be and it is hereby granted;
3. That the Husband, STANFORD HUNTER, shall have visitation
rights every Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to-5:00 P.M. The Wife, MILDRED
HUNTER, shall and she is hereby ordered to deliver the children to
the Husband, STANFORD HUNTER, on the boundary of her residence at the
street where the Husband is picking up said children at the time set
g forth herein.
The Husband shall and he is hereby ordered to deliver
the children to the same place he received delivery of said children
at the time set forth herein.
4. Restraining Order; the parties are hereby enjoined from
annoying, harassing, injuring or otherwise interferring with one another
at any time.
All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
shall and the are hereb ordered to take either art to this action

into custody if he or she should violate the terms of this Restraining
