STIPULATION FOR CONTINUANCE
COME NOW the parties by and through undersigned counsel
and stipulate to the continuance of the trial of this cause from
June 23 and 24, 1980 to August 13 and 14 before Judge Charles E.
Smith as the only cause on the non-jury docket those days and
further stipulate to the continuance of discovery until five (5)
days prior to the continued trial date, and to validation of subpoenae.

VALIDATING SUBPOENAE
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the consent of the parties
upon the Stipulation for Continuance of Trial and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The trial of this cause now set for 9:00 a.m., June 23,
1980 is continued and shall begin at 9:00 a.m., August 13, 1980
and the dates of August 13 and 14 1980 are accordingly set
exclusively for trial of this cause before the undersigned.
2. Discovery is continued likewise until five (5) days
