3. All witnesses subpoenas previously issued for trial
dated June 23-24, 1980 shall remain valid and all witnesses
served thereunder shall remain under subpoenas to appear for
trial of this cause commencing at 9:00 a.m. August 13, 1980
and~the service of this order upon them by mail shall be
sufficient to revalidate their subpoenas for the new trial
date and each of them shall appear pursuant to request of
counsel for said trial on August 13-14, 1980.
4. The February 4, 1980 Pre-Trial Order is confirmed as
to all aspects not amended by Paragraphs 1 thru 3 inclusive
above. _
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this day of June, 1980.
