who upon being first duly sworn did depose and say as follows:
That she is the LUCY H. SMITH named as one of the Grantees in the certain
warranty deed dated December 17, 1963, recorded December 17, 1963 at 10:27 A. M.
in Official Re..ords Book 76, Page 642, Public Records of St. Lucie Couaty,
Florida; that at the time of the date of said Warranty Deed, your affiant
and Leo R. Smith were husband and wife, and that said Leo R. Smith. and Lucy
H. Smith were continuously married from prior to December 17, 1963 to and
including November 29, 1970 the date of death of said Leo R. Smith.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
