run North 130 feet; and thence run East to the point of beginning, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, and being a part of the East b acres of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, lying North
of Okeechobee Road.
Also known and described as Lot 1 and the North 30 feet of Lot 2 of Block 1
of Myers Unrecorded Plat lying and being in Part of the East 6 acres of
the Northwest 1/4 of. the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17,

This is a SECOND PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE sub3ect to that certain mortgage
dated December 17, 1963 from Leo R. Smith and Lucy H. Smith, his wife to

Official Records Book 76, Page 643, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

In the event the property hereinabove described is sold prior to the time
