QUIT CLAIM DEED
MARY A. HALBROOKS, an unremarried widow and survivor of the
tenancy by the entireties with her husband, CHARLES N. HALBROOKS, to
whom she was continuously married from August 8, 1978, until the date of his a
death, the Quitclaimor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) re-
ceived from TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. , the Quitclaimee, whose mailing
address is Post Office Box 618, Jensen Beach, Florida, hereby on this ~p~day
