GENERAL RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that TURTLE REEF ASSO-
CIATES, INC., whose mailing address is Post Office Box 618, Jensen Beach,
Florida, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable
considerations received from ANN M. HURLEY , whose mailing address is 140
Deer Run, Andover, New Jersey 07821, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby releases and forever discharges ANN M. HURLEY in any and
all manner of action or actions, cause and causes of action, suits, debts,
dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, cove-
nants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, damages,
iudgroents, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity,
which against her it has had, now has, for or by reason of any matter,
cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the
dame of these presents.
