TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. to HAZEV KREIS and ROBERT A.
EPPERSON, dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Offidal Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fbrida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
19 day of October 19 79, releases from the lien of that mort-
gage the real property located in that county described as:
