ted by TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. to ROBERT A. EPPERSON and
HAZEN KREIS, dated July 3, 1979, and recorded in Official Records Book 312,
Page 1376, Public Records of St. Lucie Coun*.y, Florida, in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, hereby on this
29day of October 19 79 , releases from the lien of that mortgage
