RESTRAINING ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
of the Wife, JULIA M. NIXON, filed herein ,seeking a temporary
restraining order, without Notice, and the Court being fully advised
in the premises; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the Husband, ARCHIE L. NIXON, be and he is
hereby restrained and enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying,
interfering with, or using physical violence on the Wife, JULIA M.
NIXON.
2. That the Husband, ARCHIE L. NIXON, be and he is

hereby restrained and enjoined from damaging, breaking, destroying
any of the personal property located in the marital dwelling at
1803 Juanita Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, or any of the motor -
vehicles or the marital dwelling-or the shrubbery or shrubs located -
on the real property upon which the marital dwelling is constructed.

3. That all and singular the Sheriff of the State of-

Florida are directed to arrest, ARCHIE L. NIXON, if he violates

this Order in their presence or upon the sworn statement of the
Wife and bring the Husband, ARCHIE L. NIXON, before this Court
as soon as practicable.
