ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT APPBARING from the evidence before the Court that ROEBRT LSE DAVIS has
been gainfully employed during the period of time in question and has willfully failed
and refused to pay the child support as required by the Order of this Court entered on
the 6th day of December, 1979, and is, as of this date June 13, 1980, in arrears $433.00,
including Court costs, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying regular child support pay-
meats of $40.00 each and every week commencing June 19, 1980. Payments to be made to
the Clerk of Circuit Court in cash, cashier's check or money order and are to include
the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. If ROEERT LEE DAVIS does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the Petitioner
to show cause why he should not be incarcerated for THIRTY (30j days in the St. Lucie
County Jail. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the Respondent is to pay the arrears of $433.00 within

six months of this date.

JURISDCITION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
