IT APPEARIIdG from the evidence before the Court that CALVIN REEVBS has been
gainfully emploged during the period of time in question and has Willfully failed and
refused to pay the child support as required bq the Order of this Court entered on the
27th day of August, 1979, and is, as of this date June 13th, 1989, in arrears $2,500.00,
including the old arrearage balance of $1,b05.00.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt bq hereafter paying regular child support paq-
ments of $27.50 each and everq week commencing June 17, 1980.- Payments to be made to
the Clerk of Circuit Court in cash, cashier's check or moneq order and are to include
the statutorq Clerk's fee of $2.00. If Respondent CALVIN REEVES does not purge himself
of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the
Petitioner to serve THIRTY (30) days in the St. Lucie County jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry
f of such further orders as may be proper.
